Dennis G. Bailey, Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Bailey & Co., opened his first real estate office in Montrose, Colorado in 1978.  For Twenty-eight years Bailey and Co. had enjoyed much success helping the community of Montrose develop the right way, while providing their clients with a variety of helpful services. In 1992 Dennis Bailey chose to become a Coldwell Banker affiliate office and formed Coldwell Banker Bailey & Co. Dennis and his team of friendly professional REALTORS® was now backed by the corporate power and technology of America’s most experienced real estate company now celebrating it’s 100th anniversary.
